Without prejudice to any contractual or statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to request an exchange of the product supplied by the store within five days from the date of receipt. No exchange request will be accepted after this period.

The consumer shall bear the shipping costs in the event of requesting an exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and the cost of delivering the product to the shipping company. However, if the product is defective or if the error was caused by the store, the consumer will be compensated in accordance with the store’s applicable procedures.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications set by the consumer, except where the product has a defect or does not match the agreed specifications.
If a defect appears in the product as a result of misuse, improper handling, storage, or possession by the consumer.
